Real Seniors. Real Stories.
Every senior has a different story. Their portraits should reflect who they are.

This Season Won’t Last Forever
Senior year has a way of moving faster than anyone expects.
One moment you’re helping them learn to ride a bike, and the next you’re watching them plan for graduation, college, careers, and whatever comes next
They’re about preserving who they are in this season of life — their personality, their confidence, their interests, and the things you’ll want to remember years from now.
Because long after social media posts are forgotten, the right portrait becomes part of your family’s story.
Behind Every Portrait

For over a decade, I’ve photographed seniors, families, and weddings across Southeast Michigan. One thing never changes: the moments that matter most often pass far faster than we expect.
My goal is simple—to create portraits that feel authentic to who your senior is today while making the experience comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
“I believe senior portraits should be more than digital files on a phone. They should become artwork, memories, and reminders of a chapter you’ll never get back.”
— Allen Warren

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before scheduling your Senior Portrait Experience.
What if my senior hates having their picture taken?
Most seniors tell me they’re nervous before the session. That’s completely normal. My job is to guide them through the entire experience so they never have to wonder what to do. The goal isn’t stiff poses — it’s creating portraits that feel natural and genuinely reflect who they are.
What should my senior wear?
We’ll discuss clothing during your consultation and planning session. I recommend outfits that reflect your senior’s personality and style rather than following short-lived trends. The best portraits are the ones that still feel authentic years from now.
Can we include sports, hobbies, instruments, or other interests?
Absolutely. Whether it’s athletics, music, art, cars, books, theater, farming, or something completely unique, those interests are part of your senior’s story and can be incorporated into the session.
Where will the session take place?
Sessions are planned around your senior’s interests and often include a variety of looks and locations that tell their story. Some seniors love an urban downtown look, others prefer nature, sports venues, parks, or meaningful locations connected to their interests.
When should we schedule senior portraits?
The earlier, the better. Most families schedule during the summer before senior year or early fall. Booking early provides the greatest flexibility for locations, weather, and yearbook deadlines.
How much do families typically invest?
The Senior Portrait Experience begins with a $400 session fee, which includes one Fine Art Matted Portrait. After the session, families choose the artwork and digital collections they love most. Most families invest an additional $800–$2500 in artwork, albums, gift prints, and digital collections.
Do you offer digital images?
Yes. Digital collections are available. Many families also choose artwork, albums, and keepsakes so their portraits become part of their home and can be enjoyed for years to come.
What happens after the session?
After your portrait session, we’ll schedule a Reveal & Ordering Appointment where you’ll see your finished portraits for the first time. Together, we’ll select your favorite images and choose the artwork, albums, gift prints, and digital collections that best fit your family.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Michigan weather can be unpredictable. If conditions aren’t right for your session, we’ll simply reschedule for another date.
